Assistant Director
The Administrative Assistant / Assistant Director supports the daily operations of the licensed school-age learning center. This role combines administrative leadership, staff support, regulatory compliance oversight, and family engagement to ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for school-age children.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about supporting children, families, and staff while ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements.
Administrative & Operational Support

Professional Nanny / Childcare Provider
The Professional Nanny / Childcare Provider is responsible for providing safe, dependable, and high-quality in-home childcare services to families enrolled in Proud 2 Be Me Nanny Services. This role supports children's physical, emotional, social, and academic development while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Caregivers may be assigned to recurring or short-term placements, including full-time, afterschool, backup, emergency, or on-call childcare services. Professionalism, flexibility, reliability, and excellent communication are essential to this role.
Child Supervision & Safety

Provide attentive supervision at all times.

Follow all emergency procedures and safety protocols.

Administer first aid or emergency care when appropriate and within certification limits.
Daily Care

Counselor/Tutor
The Counselor/Tutor oversees the daily supervision and development of students at Proud 2 Be Me Learning Center. This role is responsible for ensuring student safety, providing academic support, facilitating structured activities, and building positive relationships to support a focused and engaging learning environment aligned with the center’s mission.
The position maintains a safe and supportive setting that promotes self-awareness and encourages students to grow culturally, socially, and academically. Responsibilities include monitoring student safety at all times, guiding participation in activities, and implementing procedures that support engagement and progress.
The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, and effective in working with children, with the ability to build positive relationships and support overall development in a structured environment.

Lead Child Care Educator
The Lead Educator is responsible for the overall care, supervision, and educational development of children enrolled in the center. This includes providing daily physical care, conducting developmental assessments, and implementing age-appropriate curriculum plans.
The role also involves fostering positive and professional relationships with the director, colleagues, families, and students to support a collaborative learning environment. The Lead Educator is expected to maintain knowledge of all applicable licensing requirements and ensure consistent compliance with established standards and regulations.
